TT: What’s your fall focus?

Today’s topic is: What’s your fall focus: fitness, family, fun, or something else?

I would say all of the above plus friends.

  • Fitness

Take advantage of that gym membership and go on non-running days.

Go for walks.

And this is the best time of year to hike.

Racing is also at its peak.

Coaching runners to their first 5k.

  • Family-

Continue boating Sundays with the hubby as long as possible.

Squeezing in those granddaughter visits.  She turns 3 in September.

and my MIL turns 101!!!

  • Fun/Friends-

Meeting up with friends for drinks…

Monthly tennis dinners/crafts.

Weekly Mah Jongg games and anniversary dinner.

After work activities in NYC/friend meet ups.

Happy Running! What is your focus for the fall? Please share.

  1. Oh, those fall hiking and racing pictures are gorgeous!!! I’m going to be so envious. You’ve got a lot of fun coming up this fall, including two big birthdays! I hope I live to 100, and I want to have a cake like that. On a more modest note, I’m hoping to live to see grandchildren, lol. Heather is turning 3, I can’t believe it. That’s such a great age. Enjoy!

  2. I have the annual Mammoth Challenge coming up for October and that is always the best–the fall colors and great running conditions make it something to look forward to!

And this October, I’ll be joining you in the grandma club!

  3. Oh, I love all of this so much!

I love craft nights, and I definitely need to get some of those back on the table.

And it’s always so great to spend time with family and friends! Time for a little bit of everything!
