channeled my inner “super hero” and the money went to support Ukraine

too bad it was raining… even my sunglasses were purple
- Best Vacation Race: MAINE HALF MARATHON
Just the fact that we were all together and rented a fantastic house made the race special
I did enjoy all of my 34 races in 2022. Each one was special in a different way.

Great post! Yes, that NYC half medal is amazing. I had to laugh at the Malta 5k medal though- yes, they could have skipped that and just given you the other stuff! You had a lot of great experiences in 2022!

That map race medal is EPIC! I’ve never seen one like that before! I give a race medal award every year but haven’t thought of other awards to give so you’ve given me a blog idea for this year!

It must have been hard to pick with 34 races.
I have to ask: what exactly did you like about the finish line of the Freihofer Run? The logistics in the finish area? Or the general atmosphere?

These are great! I love that one race gave you a coupon for a food truck and you could get a whole pizza. That’s perfect! The beach towel is some great swag too!
