- Monday – 6 mile run, errands, nails

3 miles with FB friend Judy & 3 miles solo
- Tuesday –
3 mile run(rain), 1 mile run at the gym, tennis

14 times around= 1 mile Torture

2 week trial membership
- Wednesday –
rest, 3 mile run, gym, holiday party



- Thursday – Christmas visit to mentee & mil, dinner, movie


- Friday- 12 mile run, mah jongg chez moi

a tough one 😦 on a beautiful sunny day
- Saturday – rest, gym, cooking (2 quiches, meatloaf, apple sauce, soup), shopping

- Sunday – 3 mile run, tennis holiday party

- Monday – rest, DAY IN NYC
- Tuesday – 3 mile run, lunch out, tennis
- Wednesday – rest, gym, dinner out for New Year’s Eve, movie
- Thursday – Hangover Half Marathon
- Friday- rest, mah jongg
- Saturday – 3 mile run
- Sunday – rest, gym

Your sunny day run looked like such a nice day! We’ve had a lot of rain here, makes me feel more blah than I should. I swear even a few glasses of wine can kill a run for me these days. I like your Christmas shirt 🙂
