- Monday –
43.5 mile group run with FRW training group+ a few more miles
finally warm weather but still windy – can’t win
- Tuesday – rest, tennis, dinner out
- Wednesday –
43 mile run, movie

ok and it was a free preview
- Thursday -rest
- Friday- rest, drive to NJ
- Saturday – 13.1 miles!!
painfully slow but #12 is done.
- Sunday – rest, Broadway show in NYC
It’s Only a Play – loved it…so funny!
This Week:
- Monday – rainy drive home from NJ, 4 mile group run with FRW training group, GOTR 5K planning meeting
- Tuesday – rest, tennis
- Wednesday – 4 mile run at lunch, dinner with the tennis ladies
- Thursday -rest, hair appt.
- Friday- 3 mile run, mah jongg chez moi
- Saturday – rest, pick up race packet, errands
- Sunday – 5K race + plus miles

My First 5K and More... 
Glad you had a great week! I just found your blog via the Weekend Update linkup. I got so excited when I saw the Freihofer’s logo! I lived in Albany from 2005-2013 and Freihofer’s was my first ever 5K. I ADORE that race. I live in Rochester now and wish I had the time to drive back for it each year…maybe someday! Happy running 🙂

Unfortunately I have 2 more planned. I had miserable blisters that hurt for 13 miles….

It sure was rainy in NJ today, hope your drive home went well. Looks like another nice week of training planned and hopefully the forecast holds for good weather again next weekend. Have a good week!

It was pouring on my drive home but then it stopped by the afternoon. Yes, the week looks rainy but hopefully the sun comes out by the weekend.

blisters 😦 sounds painful…it is very hard to be uncomfortable for that long. the beach looks great! and I love the skirt, cute pics 🙂
