My favorite post race food is bananas, gatorade then going out for pancakes! Love me some chocolate milk too!

I only drink chocolate milk apres race too. I agree ice cream is rare.

I am all in for bananas! I had two after Disney 🙂 They had a bunch of other snack stuff, but I crave fruit after I run 🙂

Chocolate milk is the absolute best! Sometimes after a tough speed workout on the treadmill, I’ll stop and buy some as a treat on the way home.

Funny, I love chocolate milk but rarely see it after races. I love to stop at Starbucks after I’ve even all the goodies at the race!

Yum. I only drink chocolate milk after a race or long run, too. The rest of the time, it tastes gross to me. I also love beer and a cheeseburger.

I love a burger, fries and a coke for lunch after a big race. It is not the ideal food, but I feel I deserve it after working hard. I also am a huge fan of ice cream and it is the one food I have not given up while training for Boston. I’ve been good about processed foods, but I am addicted to ice cream!
