It’s always good to take a break…I am more on break than racing these days…still having pain in pelvis but not as bad as it used to be. Blessings!

Your fall race schedule looks like my spring one – very few races around here right now, and because our racing season is so short, I usually run one every weekend for about 8 weeks.
