Not a fan of the early sunsets…
But at least we had nice weather for the most part this week…
Last Week-
- Sunday – I woke up early (didn’t take advantage of that extra hour) and went to the gym…
I got a lot of things that had been neglected done: laundry, cooking for the week, cleaning, grocery shopping and even got my nails done…
- Monday – WFH all week except for Wednesday… I decided to wait until after work to go running at UAlbany since I was meeting my BFF for an evening walk nearby…
- Tuesday – Voted early so I just headed to the gym before work …
And I went on a walk at lunch with Jenny…
- Wednesday – Today I was teaching live so there was Starbucks and…
after work, I was was back to STEM coaching… (almost ready for their 5k on Nov 15)
- Thursday – Back to WFH… a rainy day… So I went to the gym before work
and when the rain stopped I went for a walk.
- Friday – Since my race wasn’t until Sunday, I squeezed in one more run during lunch (My friend Jenny runs at 5:30 am but I just can’t motivate myself to go out and run in the dark)…
and I played mah jongg in the evening…
- Saturday – Long
RunWalk and Brunch.
I picked up my bib/shirt for the race at Fleet Feet …
and since I was resting my legs, I went for a nearby walk with 3 friends followed by brunch with more of my running friends.

- Sunday – Stockade-athon 15k. 50th anniversary for this race.
I’ve run this local race many times and it’s one of my favorites… although I don’t feel properly trained this year, I still plan to cross that finish line and have fun.
