Today’s Topic is: Five Favorite Running/Fitness Products
Unless you’ve never read this blog before, none of these are new:
1.Skirt Sports Skirts
Never shorts and never tights or capris. I just don’t like the way they accent my butt/thighs (I know… it’s just me!!)
Skirt Sports skirts come in many lengths, styles, fabrics and all have hidden pockets.
2. Topos Running Shoes
I used to wear Brooks and Mizunos. After I was diagnosed with a Neuroma, I tried Topos.
They have a low heel drop (0-5mm) and a wide toe box.
The neuroma pain disappeared and now I’m afraid to switch back.
They come in different styles however their color selection is boring.
3. SpiBelt
Although I wear skirts with pockets, for races, I need to also carry my car key, ID and fuel so I use my SpiBelt for my phone and I also attach my bib to it.
And it stay put (and doesn’t move around when I run.)
4. Goodr Sunglasses
Because I wear contacts, I even wear sunglasses to keep the wind and rain out of my eyes.
These glasses are light and so comfortable and come in all sorts of cool colors/patterns.
5.Zensah Calf Sleeves
I started wearing calf sleeves because I heard they helped recovery after long runs and races.
I also wear them in the fall and spring when my legs are cold and in the summer to reduce the bug bites.
You know how I like to cooperate my clothes. Well, Zensah offers quite a few patterns for every occasion.
Happy Running! Do you use any of my favorites? What are some of yours? Please Share.

I’m almost always in sunglasses as well, for sun protection and a wind shield (I have very sensitive eyes). I also love calf sleeves! I wear them for recovery (when I’m doing long runs or races), but they’re great for warmth this time of year.

I also love Skirt Sports, SpiBelt, and Goodr. I have some Zensah compression socks but switched to ProCompression because of the deals they have (which is pretty much all the time). I recently discovered ChicknLegs running shorts and really like the fun designs they have, plus they’re very affordable.

I’m a fan of Goodr and Spibelt, too. I love my colorful Janji tanks and Arc’teryx gear and hydration vest and awesome new running belt. I love Saucony’s Endorphin line and my Hoka’s too.

Your tanks are cute.
I used to wear Saucony at one time. Unfortunately the toe box is too narrow.

Sunglasses are a must for me – my eyes water at the drop of a hat!
It’s funny, I have so many skirts but I don’t run much in them anymore. I’m usually in shorts these days.
I’m a big fan of SPIbelt and Zensah sleeves

I finally, just recently got a pair of Goodr sunglasses and I love them! You know how it is in Florida- we need suglasses for every run.
i have a Nathan belt but I’m going to need a new one soon. Maybe I’ll check out the Spibelts.
I always run in shorts, even when it’s 40 degrees! Which happens maybe… once a year? here.

I only resort to capris or tights when it is below 32 (Nov-Feb).

I really need to find my race belt. Luckily was OK without it last weekend and tomorrow there will be pockets. Like the orange trim 😀
