  • Cross finish lines.
  • Challenge ourselves.
  • Improve our mood.
  • Get some alone time.

  • Be awesome.

  1. Destressing is a really big one for me.

    I’ve no illusions that I will ever win AG awards, unless I’m the only one in my AG, and that’s unlikely (or unless I want to race in a blizzard, and even then . . .).

    Avoiding what has happened to my parents vitality is a big one!
