- Wednesday – 4 mile run on the TM

3 mile runat lunch(too busy at work), hair appt - Friday-
34 mile run on the TM, mah jongg

snowing – 2nd half of last episode of How to get away with murder
- Saturday – GOTR orientation, rest
- Sunday – 5 mile race + 5 more miles

46:29 = PR & 3rd in my AG

so hard…so slow = 1:02

Ahh windy runs are toughies! I JUST got the okay from my PT to start running again and couldn’t be more excited to get back out there. Looks like you had a pretty solid week- congrats!

Congratulations on your race, Darlene; that is awesome! What did you think about the ending of How To Get Away With Murder?!? I can start back to running on Wednesday- if it was a planned recovery week it would be ok but an unplanned doctor order no run week just stinks! Looks like you had a great week!
