Last Week:

  • Monday – tennis
  • Tuesday – 3 miles before work, mall walk with BFF
  • Wednesday –  rest, 3 miles on the treadmill, yoga after work

  • Monday – 3 miles before work
  • Tuesday – 3 miles before work, tennis
  • Wednesday – DAY OFF, yoga
  • Thursday – Thanksgiving 5K race (and the Streak begins), dinner out
  • Friday – DAY OFF, rest, 1 mile, mah jongg
  • Saturday – 5K race + 5 more
  • Sunday – rest, 1 mile

  1. Ha, so much for your original schedule last week 🙂 I don’t know the last time I was able to stick to my running schedule for a whole week. I know that I need to, but sometimes I would just rather fartlek than run…or something like that.
