Last Week in Review – Off From Work & the INJURY


Monday –  5 mile run, 1.5 hours tennis
Tuesday –  3 mile run, 1.5 hours tennis
Wednesday –  REST, holiday party
Thursday –  9 mile run and then it was over…


Happy Running! Any advice for not losing one’s mind while in pain and doing nothing!?
