Monday Goals


Recap of  last week:
My weekly goal was 15 miles. I did 18! YAY!
I ran a 5K race.

This week’s schedule:
Monday – tennis after work
Tues – tennis after work
Fri – tennis before work
Sunday – mah jongg on Schroon R.

This week’s running:
Wed – 3.5 miles before work
Thurs- 3.5 miles after work (LAST DAY OF THE MONTH!)
Sat – 5K Race
Sun – 5  miles

Weekly Running Goal = 15 miles
September Monthly Running Goal = 55 miles
Yearly Running Goal = 300 miles ( I passed it – can I make 500?)

    Not sure how I came across your blog, but it’s an interesting read. You are so lucky having so many races throughout the year. Are they are just 5k’s or do some have longer distances also?

  2. Running my first 5K tomorrow. Very excited. I’ve got terrible knees, so outdoor running is not my favorite. I’ve done 2 outside runs as practice, so w/ the help of an advil, I ought to be okay. lol
