Monthly Recap and Juneathon Week 1 Goals


My May Goal was 50 miles.  I ran 53 miles. (I tied my high) YAY!!

I ran THREE 5ks and a 3.5 mile race (and a virtual 1 mile race) .
I had  a 5K PR and a 3.5 mile PR.  DOUBLE YAY!
I won a giveaway. (I wore the necklace for my 5K PR)

Recap of  last week:
My weekly goal was 9 miles. I did 13.5– YAY!!

This week’s schedule:
Monday – on vacation
Tueday – on vacation –  pm  movie
Wed – Census job after work
Thurs – tennis before work
Friday –  mah jong after work
Sunday – NYC

This week’s running et al:
Monday –  3.5 miles
Tuesday – 45 min walk
Wednesday-  before work  – 3.1 miles
Thursday – 1 hr of tennis before work, after work – 3.5  miles
Friday – 45 min walk
Saturday
– 3.1 miles  (RACE)
Sunday – 45 min walk

Weekly Running Goal = 13 miles
Monthly Running Goal = 54 miles
(a new high?!)
Juneathon Goal – walking, tennis or running each day
