- Tuesday – walk at work, 4 mile run, tennis dinner


Happy Chanukah
- Wednesday – walk at work,
STEM celebration dinner, 2 mile run, yoga

squeezed in a run in the rain

time time since July!!
- Thursday – walk at work, dept holiday lunch, 5 mile run (got out of work early)

- Friday- walk at work, work holiday day lunch, retirement party, rest, mah jongg (LAST DAY OF WORK)
- Saturday – 11 mile run

my phone died so I am guessing the distance for this cold one
- Sunday – rest, dinner & movie to celebrate bff’s b-day


not as good as the book but still very good.

- Monday – 6 mile run
- Tuesday – 3 mile run, tennis
- Wednesday – rest, gym, holiday party
- Thursday – Christmas visit to mentee & mil, dinner, movie
- Friday- 12 mile run, mah jongg chez moi
- Saturday – rest, gym
- Sunday – 4 mile run, tennis holiday party

I skipped Saturday’s 5k but ran 4 miles that day and 10.5 Sunday. Sounds like you are ready for your half!
