  • Wed – 6.6 mile run (after work)
  • Thurs – 2 walks – too hot to run, Mother Runner party

  • Sat – 5K race and broken foot

I did manage to finish the race – I am the one in blue with black cap

  • Sun – walking around NYC cancelled due to INJURY

  1. I don’t schedule my runs but probably need to! 🙂 I started the Runners World running streak last Monday, and it feels so good to run every day. Even if its only 1 mile.

    I’m running a half in August so I REALLY need to train!

    You got in some good long runs. I miss those, but I’m having to work my way back up from the slacking bottoms!
