I just do it. I plan for the week on Sunday night and fit it in some how. Retirement sounds great! Mainly so I can exercise when I want.

I need to start scheduling my runs, too, and set weekly/monthly goals. What motivates me to run is to think of how I will feel afterwards!

I am counting the days until November when I can run…but to be honest I am a bit scared after 6 months of no running that I will get hurt again…so I am going to be starting out with a walk/run method until I feel more comfortable and then maybe even longer. Your mileage looks great to me girlie…keep it up sweet lady

Shannon, I know exactly how you feel. I am still fearful about overdoing. It takes so long to get endurance back and it is frustrating.
