Things you will be able to do once you are healed and clear to run:
Excersise.
Wear your new hat while racing.
Run the Palm Coast Half Marathon.

Just focus on what you CAN do after you have healed and not what you CAN’T do now. Love your hat by the way! You are going to be sooo prepared for any cold weather race that is in your future if you keep your knitting up!
