Last Week in Review & Getting Ready for the Taper


Monday – REST
Tuesday – 3.5 miles during lunch, 1.5 hours tennis after work
Wednesday – 2.5 miles (on the treadmill), Yoga 1.25 hrs
Thursday – REST
Friday – 5 miles
Saturday – REST
Sunday –  9.5 miles

ONE week to go… until Half Marathon #5!
