Monday is Here!


 

Last week update:

My goal was 19  miles and I ran 3 times for a total of  19  miles. YAY!!
I ran my second Half Marathon race (in the worst conditions ever) and had a PR!! I came in a distant 2nd to my friend Terry in my age group!


I played tennis once  and did Yoga once.

Goals for this week:

This week’s schedule:

Mon – tennis after work
Tues – tennis after work
Wed – yoga
Thurs – mall w/bf
Fri –  mah jongg
Sat – time with mentee

This week’s running (if my legs recover):

Wed – 3  miles after work
Fri – 4 miles after work
Sun – Sean’s Run 5k race 
 
Weekly Running Goal = 10 miles (or less)
April Monthly Running Goal = 80 miles, a race, a Half Marathon

Yearly Running Goal = 1011 miles
