Monday Running Goals



Recap of  last week:

My weekly goal was 13 miles. I did 14 I’m BACK!!

This week’s schedule:
Tuesday – tennis after work
Wed -trip to the  US OPEN – IT’S SEPTEMBER!
Thurs – Forever Plaid after work
Fri – tennis before work, mah Jongg after work
Sunday – boating

This week’s running :
Tues-  3 miles  before work
Thurs – 3 miles  before work – IT’S SEPTEMBER!
Sat – 5k Race
Sun – 4 miles at the marina

Weekly Running Goal = 13 miles
August Monthly Running Goal = 55 miles
Yearly Running Goal = 300 miles ( I passed it!!)
