I’m Back & Monday’s Goals


Recap of  last week:
My weekly goal was 6 miles. I did 3 It was an UnRunning week.
Tennis – 7 times (3 singles & 4 doubles)  Does that count as running?

This week’s schedule:
Tuesday – tennis after work
Thurs – tennis before work
Fri – mah jongg after work
Saturday/Sunday – boating

This week’s running :
Wed –  3 miles  after work
Thurs – 3 miles  after work
Fri – 3 miles after work
Sun – 4 miles at the marina

Weekly Running Goal = 13 miles
Monthly Running Goal = 55 miles
Yearly Running Goal = 300 miles ( I passed it!!)
