Yup, it is finally summer in the NE! And the temperatures are following suit:

As you know, I LOVE summer! I prefer heat to cold… (but not so much when I am unable to do anything fun 😦 )
sweating last summer
I wish I could sweat off all the calories that I am consuming, go for an early morning run or an evening bike ride….or jump off the boat to cool offf… wah wah wah!
yes, that will be me soon but not just yet
The only thing could think of doing today was getting rid of the running shoe:
a sandal to celebrate summer… am wearing the sock on my broken foot to cover my purple toes

My First 5K and More... 
Happy summer! It started for us about a month and a half ago (ah, the South!), but today it’s official. I think my favorite part of summer is hitting the beach. Have a great weekend!

I too am so happy it’s summer! Tank tops and flip flops, what’s not to like! Before you know it you will be out of that boot and back to your normal schedule! Sending you healing thoughts!
