November – Better Month Than October


UPDATE

  • I partied.

  • I got a shirt for a race I didn’t run.

  • I finished a sock.

  • I biked.

  • I got rid of the boot.

  • I ate a lot.

  • I ran…. a little. 8.5 miles actually.

GOALS:

  • Play tennis again.
  • Run regularly (without pain).
  • Run a 5k race.
  • Start training for my March Half Marathon.
  • Do not get injured.
  • Stay healthy.
