Good luck on the 10K and have fun. I know it has been so hard not to get too catch the half marathon/ marathon fever with so many of the recaps happening! I love reading them about all those accomplishments though.

Thanks for your thoughts on the Turtles blog about slower runners. I know lots of 57 yr olds who’d like to be running your pace (or running at all, for that matter!). Kudos to you!
