Monday Running Goals (on Tuesday)



Recap of  last week:

My weekly goal was 13 miles. I did 11 (Almost)
I ran a 5k race (over 30 minutes BOO!)


This week’s schedule:
Monday – boating
Tuesday – tennis after work
Wed -movies ?
Thurs –tennis before work,  hair appt after work
Fri – mah Jongg after work
Sat & Sunday – boating (party on Sat eve)

This week’s running :
Mon-  3.5 miles  in BL
Wed – 3.5 miles  after or before work
Fri – 3.5 miles  after work
Sun – 4.5 miles at the marina

Weekly Running Goal = 12 miles
September Monthly Running Goal = 55 miles
Yearly Running Goal = 300 miles ( I passed it!!)
