  1. Hi Darlene,
I was searching some motivational quotes to put on a facebook site that I run for our local running and walking club in Southern Oregon called Linkville Lopers. I was reading your information that you have posted and I thought I would comment…..

It is a great inspiration to see other people getting out and enjoying themselves. Running has been a great release for many people as well as a good way to get in much needed exercise. Running recreationally and entering some races is a great way to meet new people and challenge yourself to always improve.

Keep up the good work and enjoy yourself. You will rub off on other people. If you only encourage just one, then they can encourage others and it keeps paying forward. have a great day and happy running.
