The end of week one


I had to go to Rochester for a meeting – how can I fit my run plan into my training???

Friday should have been my walk day but I didn’t.

Saturday I forced myself to run on the treadmill at the hotel – UGH!!!!!!!!!  I forgot my Ipod so had to do it in silence.  I set the machine for 16 minutes since at the 12 mile pace, that should have been 1 1/2 miles – it seemed like 10 to my legs and when I looked at the machine, it said the distance was ONE MILE!!!

Sunday was my day of rest…I’ll try to get on track for next week.
